 Patient discharge is done based on clinical condition of the patient and advise of the treating consultant.

 Discharge process includes medicine replacement, billing, discharge summary preparation and explanation to patient about home care and on medication.

 In case of Mediclaim, discharge time extends as per the time required by the insurance company for the claim approval.

 Discharges are done until 3 PM for the Mediclaim patients.
